AccuFleet Managers Converge on ATL for Annual Conference

Throughout the day on Monday, October 14th, AccuFleet managers from around the country arrived one by one to Atlanta for the annual AccuFleet Manager’s Conference. For the remainder of the week, general managers from 10 different stations as well as corporate leaders spent the days reviewing corporate strategy, team-building and learning from customers, working 8 hours on the ATL ramp loading and cleaning wide body jets, and reinforcing a culture that values quality over quantity and invests in its people.

AccuFleet International President Alejandro “Alex” Cestero shared the following, “(I’m) very proud of our AccuFleet International national management team and the great work they are doing at our stations across the country. We recently gathered this group together in ATL for several days of classroom instruction, customer meetings, and hands-on work on the Ramp to make sure we shared best practices and keep perfecting our ability to daily serve our great airline customers.”

Highlights of the week included a customer appreciation event at The Rooftop at the Overland Hotel Tuesday night, multiple presentations from customers and station managers, a tour of the ATL control tower, team building activities that relied heavily on memory and riding Big Wheels, and a company awards night on Thursday.

AccuFleet International has four primary service lines including ground handling, upholstery, cabin cleaning and aircraft exterior wash. The company currently has stations in JFK, EWR, PHI, CLT, ATL, DFW, IAH/HOU, PHX, LAX and SAN.
