Ground Handling is our newest service line, and we have been partnering with customers since 2018. We currently provide service for several well-known international carriers at ATL and IAH, and are focused on expanding this offering to customers in other cities. AccuFleet performs over 2500 international turns per year and our team is IATA trained and certified.

Real time tracking is available on our proprietary reporting platform, iROD™, which enhances our event management capability, provides reporting and proof of service delivery, and allows you the ability to track, export reports, and measure efficiency.

Our ground handling services include:

Passenger Services

Lavatory and Potable Water Service

We invest in the best possible equipment and thoroughly train our employees in standardized, safety-conscious procedures so that we can provide you with efficient and reliable service, free of headaches. With over 650,000 lavatory and potable water service events performed annually, we have the experience and know-how to manage these time-critical services on your behalf.

We also perform lavatory soaks and follow strict guidelines for water sanitization procedures. Reports on all services are made available to each customer on our proprietary reporting platform, iROD™.

Cabin Cleaning

We professionally clean more than 5500 aircraft cabins per year, with aircraft size ranging from between 15-550 seats. From quick turn cleans to more extensive, heavy-duty cleans, to detailed cockpit or flight deck cleaning, we can tailor our service to meet your specific needs, including a combined clean and search program.

Deep Cleans and Disinfecting

Cabin Audits / Security Checks

To help meet your FAA/TSA safety requirements, AccuFleet offers experienced personnel to perform cabin audits and/or security checks for international or overnight aircraft. We ensure that each seat is carefully inspected in accordance with your airline’s approved procedures for each type of aircraft, and that any broken seals, extraneous items or security issues are promptly reported to the proper authorities in the chain of command in accordance with your directives.

Flight Deck Cleaning

Pilots and cabin crew work long hours in small enclosed places. Over the normal course of flight with the crew eating and drinking, maintaining a clean work environment free of contamination is of utmost importance to crew comfort and instrument safety.

AccuFleet will thoroughly clean the flight deck to ensure every new flight is a fresh experience for your crew.
