Jim Davis
President/CEO
James Davis is the CEO of AccuFleet, the world’s largest maintainer of airline upholstery. An FAA Designated Engineering Representative for more than 20 years, Mr. Davis set up and has operated one of the first independent oil-burner testing facilities in the US.
Prior to joining AccuFleet, Mr. Davis was a consultant with Price Waterhouse, and an engineer working at Texas Instruments. Mr. Davis holds an M.S. in Operation Research and an M.B.A., both from Southern Methodist University. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
Cory Howell
Vice President,
Operations, Business Development, and Customer Support
Cory joined AccuFleet in early 2020 and has over 28 years’ experience in sales, marketing and operations with airlines and airline services companies Prior to joining AccuFleet International, he was the Sr. Vice President of Technical Services and Customer Support with ReadyJet Inc. for nearly 7 years where he had oversight of operations, sales, and customer support. He supported ReadyJet’s growing operation in the United States and Canada for 32 locations with 55 domestic and international customers. During this time, he was intricate in developing customer support processes, sales process flow, and corporate development.
Cory earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University. Cory now resides in the Tampa, Florida area with his wife, Beth. They have three children. He enjoys the outdoors, sci-fi movies and making people laugh.Amber Gallaher
Vice President,
Human Resources
Amber brings over 25 years of Human Resource experience with both small & large companies across varied industries including, Infrastructure, Finance and Oil & Gas. She received undergraduate education from Kansas State University (Political Science/Pre-Law) and The Art Institute of Houston (Business Administration), and concluded at Rice University’s Glasscock School, receiving 2 Senior level HR Certifications.
She began her HR career in the Recruiting discipline and quickly moved into HR Management roles, ultimately leading organizations with workforce in excess of 7,000 employees across the US, Canada and South America. Amber lives in Richmond, Texas, along with her Fiancé and 2 dogs.
Todd Van Winkle
Director - Technology, Systems and Capital Equipment
Todd Van Winkle has been with AccuFleet since 1998 and is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all Technology and System functions in support of operations and customer requirements, including proprietary and airline-specific needs. Additionally, provide key support to monitoring and measurement of key data and operating metrics designed to support customer goals.
Responsible for the management of company capital equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement, appearance, and safety assurance. Todd’s primary focus is managing IT, technology, and project management initiatives for the company. He also leads the company’s process improvement team.
Chris Gore
Area Manager
Chris joined AccuFleet in early 2022 and has over 24 years’ experience in multiples lines of service with airlines and airline services providers across the western United States. Over the past several years, Chris has held multiple roles with increasing responsibilities in some of the country’s busiest airports.
Chris earned a B.A. in Business Management from San Diego Christian College. Chris lives in Houston, Texas with his wife, Kim. Together, they have five children.
