Alejandro “Alex” Cestero
Alex Cestero has over 20 years of experience in leadership and executive roles in a variety of industries and major corporations, including more than 10 years as a senior executive and general counsel at successful, publicly-traded, multinational companies in energy, manufacturing and industrial services, all with sales between $500 million-$15 billion dollars. He has been involved in the development of strategic growth and operational strategies at several multinational companies, particularly in the areas of organizational transformation, product and service line expansions, acquisitions, and overall corporate development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cestero practiced corporate law at two major, international law firms.
Alex lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and their three children. He is active in coaching youth sports and charitable and civic work in the community, as well as various roles with leadership, business, and legal organizations. He earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Rice University and a J.D. from Stanford University Law School.
Carl Schouw Vice President, Operations
Carl Schouw has a storied career in aviation spanning over 3 decades starting from the front lines and elevating to a senior executive level. He has earned a reputation as a solid executive leader with the ability to excel all levels of an organization. Throughout his career, Carl has successfully started and maintained over 70 operations in 40 plus markets from coast to coast. His experience in all facets of aviation operations is a key component of his skillset along with a keen ability to manage all aspects the business.
Carl resides in Tyrone, Georgia where he serves as a member of the Town Planning Commission. Carl and His wife Tamara have 6 children and have 5 wonderful grandchildren. During their downtime, they enjoy spending time with family and watching football together as well as traveling the country.
Sales & Marketing
Cory joined AccuFleet in early 2020 and has over 28 years’ experience in sales, marketing and operations with airlines and airline services companies Prior to joining AccuFleet International, he was the Sr. Vice President of Technical Services and Customer Support with ReadyJet Inc. for nearly 7 years where he had oversight of operations, sales, and customer support. He supported ReadyJet’s growing operation in the United States and Canada for 32 locations with 55 domestic and international customers. During this time, he was intricate in developing customer support processes, sales process flow, and corporate development.Cory earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University. Cory now resides in the Tampa, Florida area with his wife, Beth. They have three children. He enjoys the outdoors, sci-fi movies and making people laugh.
Amber brings over 25 years of Human Resource experience with both small & large companies across varied industries including, Infrastructure, Finance and Oil & Gas. She received undergraduate education from Kansas State University (Political Science/Pre-Law) and The Art Institute of Houston (Business Administration), and concluded at Rice University’s Glasscock School, receiving 2 Senior level HR Certifications.
She began her HR career in the Recruiting discipline and quickly moved into HR Management roles, ultimately leading organizations with workforce in excess of 7,000 employees across the US, Canada and South America. Amber lives in Richmond, Texas, along with her Fiancé and 2 dogs.
Vice President & CFO
Chris Harrison has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. He began his career with a six-year stint in a Big Eight public accounting firm, rising to the rank of audit manager, before moving into industry, where he held controller and senior executive roles in publicly traded, multinational companies in the energy and advertising sectors before joining AccuFleet International in 2001. A certified public accountant, Chris graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A in accounting.
Al Mantilla Director - Eastern Region
Al Mantilla joined AccuFleet International in 2018. He is the Eastern Regional Director with over 4 decades of aviation industry experience. Al’s creative attitude to problem solving attest to his involvement with several global based corporations whose concentrations are in aviation support services. He is able to put on many hats to promote growth and operational improvements. He is an ambitious networker, closely plugged in to aviation with exceptional listening abilities satisfying even the most demanding clients.
Al is a firm believer of establishing a culture that promotes safety through daily observation. For almost 20 years, Al was a dedicated captain to the emergency management team, where he resides. During that time, he was an active member of the Newark Liberty International Airport Airline Manager Council in addition to the Newark Port Authority/FAA Safety Committee.
He is married to his wonderful wife of 30 years, Paola, who is also an aviation professional. Together they have two daughters and a dog.
John Simmons Director - Western Region
John is a dedicated Aviation Executive, with over 29 years of successful and diverse operational experience. He has proven expertise implementing high levels of customer service and positive public relations. John’s aviation career has spanned from the east coast to the west coast, working in many of the nation’s major airports. He has a tracker record of delivering consistent high-level service and safety. John has also played a part in spear heading many complex start-up operations throughout the U.S.
John currently resides in Montgomery, Texas with his wife Marnee and their three children He is an avid sports fan with a focus on soccer. John also likes reading and history. Above all, he loves being with his family.
Director - Safety & Training
Greg Hoffnung, has joined AccuFleet as our Director of Safety & Training
Greg is a highly experienced Emergency Management and Safety professional with over 30 years of experience working within the Safety arena. With a Master’s Degree in Program/Project Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Contract Management and Law, Greg has developed and implemented several Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Risk Management programs with Airlines, Aircraft Charter and his last position was with the City of Houston Airport System. Greg is also an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
Greg lives in Kingwood, Texas with his wife and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
Todd Van Winkle
Director - Technology, Systems and Capital Equipment
Todd Van Winkle has been with AccuFleet since 1998 and is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all Technology and System functions in support of operations and customer requirements, including proprietary and airline-specific needs. Additionally, provide key support to monitoring and measurement of key data and operating metrics designed to support customer goals.
Responsible for the management of company capital equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement, appearance, and safety assurance. Todd’s primary focus is managing IT, technology, and project management initiatives for the company. He also leads the company’s process improvement team.
