Alejandro “Alex” Cestero
Alex Cestero has over 20 years of experience in leadership and executive roles in a variety of industries and major corporations, including more than 10 years as a senior executive and general counsel at successful, publicly-traded, multinational companies in energy, manufacturing and industrial services, all with sales between $500 million-$15 billion dollars. He has been involved in the development of strategic growth and operational strategies at several multinational companies, particularly in the areas of organizational transformation, product and service line expansions, acquisitions, and overall corporate development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Cestero practiced corporate law at two major, international law firms.
Alex lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and their three children. He is active in coaching youth sports and charitable and civic work in the community, as well as various roles with leadership, business, and legal organizations. He earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Rice University and a J.D. from Stanford University Law School.
Vice President of Operations
Brian Giacona has more than 20 years of experience which began in 1997 at Kiwi International Airlines, where he served as an Operations Agent. Since 1999, he has worked in various capacities in multiple companies including Air Inc, a small start-up carrier based inDetroit, National Airlines, America West Airlines and with US Airways after the merger between the two carriers was complete. Determined to continue moving forward with his career and relentless in his pursuit of excellence in the field of aviation, Brian joined Aircraft Service International Group in 2007 as the Health, Safety, Environmental and Training manager in Newark Airport where he worked until joining the AccuFleet team in July 2011 as the Station Manager in Newark, NJ. Since that time Brian has expanded his roles and responsibilities with AccuFleet and serves as Vice President of Operations with oversight of AccuFleet’s operating locations.
A native to Middlesex County, NJ, Brian graduated from Middlesex County Vocational High School in 1997 and continued his education at Middlesex Community College while working in aviation.
Vice President & CFO
Chris Harrison has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. He began his career with a six-year stint in a Big Eight public accounting firm, rising to the rank of audit manager, before moving into industry, where he held controller and senior executive roles in publicly traded, multinational companies in the energy and advertising sectors before joining AccuFleet International in 2001. A certified public accountant, Chris graduated from the University of Houston with a B.B.A in accounting.
Director of HR and Safety
Lisa Cereghin has been with AccuFleet since 2004 leading through several roles. Cereghin oversees HR and safety for all 13 AccuFleet International locations and leads a staff of regional HR professionals and the corporate safety group.
Lisa attended Pensacola State College for Business Management and received her certification for Senior Human Resources Development from the Institute for Human Resource Education at Rice University. She currently holds several other certifications including SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP-HR all related to her professional development.
Todd Van Winkle
Director of Technology, Systems and Capital Equipment
Todd Van Winkle has been with AccuFleet since 1998 and is responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all Technology and System functions in support of operations and customer requirements, including proprietary and airline-specific needs. Additionally, provide key support to monitoring and measurement of key data and operating metrics designed to support customer goals.
Responsible for the management of company capital equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement, appearance, and safety assurance. Todd’s primary focus is managing IT, technology, and project management initiatives for the company. He also leads the company’s process improvement team.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Mark Rudkin has over 25 years of experience in strategic sales and marketing with an analytic focus on brand building and revenue growth. Prior to joining AccuFleet International, he was the senior director of market research and analytics for the Houston Airport System for nearly 4 years where he managed passenger satisfaction and commercial development research taking IAH and HOU both to 4-star status.
Mark previously worked in private equity for a firm with over $1 billion in managed assets in Eastern Europe. During this time, he was entrenched in industries such as media, confectionary, retail pharma, beverage manufacturing, and software focusing on process improvement in sales and marketing channels, deal flow, investor relations, and corporate development. He has also previously had roles at Rice University as executive director of marketing for the Jones Graduate School of Business, a top 10 business school, and as global customer insight director for National Oilwell Varco, a publicly-traded manufacturer in the Oil and Gas industry. He earned a B.F.A. in communications from Sam Houston State University and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
