AccuFleet International, Inc. Announces New President
March 20, 2019, HOUSTON, TEXAS: AccuFleet International, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Alejandro “Alex” Cestero as its new president. Mr. Cestero has more than 20 years’ experience in management and executive roles in a variety of industries and major corporations, including more than 10 years as a senior executive at successful, publicly-traded, multinational companies in energy, manufacturing and industrial services, all with sales between $500 million-$15 billion dollars. He has been closely involved in the development of strategic growth and operational strategies at several international companies, particularly in the areas of organizational transformation, product and service line expansions, acquisitions and overall corporate development. Mr. Cestero began his career practicing corporate law at two major, international law firms.
Cestero succeeds James Davis, who will remain as chairman and focus his efforts on AccuFleet Testing Services, an affiliated company which provides flammability testing as a preferred vendor for the FAA, major aircraft manufacturers, MROs, and other aviation related customers.
“Alex is an energetic, strategic thinker with a proven track record who will help continue to build on the AccuFleet legacy, brand and high-level of performance our customers have come to expect,” said Davis of Cestero’s appointment.
Alex lives in Houston with his wife and their three children. He is active in coaching youth sports and charitable and civic work in the community. He is a member of the Texas Judicial Compensation Commission and the board of directors of the Texas Lyceum.
Cestero earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Rice University and a J.D. from Stanford University Law School and remains active with the Texas Bar and several executive business organizations.
