Jim Davis
President/CEO
James Davis is the CEO of AccuFleet, the world’s largest maintainer of airline upholstery. An FAA Designated Engineering Representative for more than 20 years, Mr. Davis set up and has operated one of the first independent oil-burner testing facilities in the US.
Prior to joining AccuFleet, Mr. Davis was a consultant with Price Waterhouse, and an engineer working at Texas Instruments. Mr. Davis holds an M.S. in Operation Research and an M.B.A., both from Southern Methodist University. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
Todd Van Winkle

Operations
Todd Van Winkle joined AccuFleet in 1998 and has since become a pivotal figure in driving the company’s operational success. As Vice President of Operations, Todd Van Winkle is responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and execution of operational functions, ensuring that AccuFleet consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.
Amber Gallaher
Vice President,
Human Resources
Amber brings over 25 years of Human Resource experience with both small & large companies across varied industries including, Infrastructure, Finance and Oil & Gas. She received undergraduate education from Kansas State University (Political Science/Pre-Law) and The Art Institute of Houston (Business Administration), and concluded at Rice University’s Glasscock School, receiving 2 Senior level HR Certifications.
She began her HR career in the Recruiting discipline and quickly moved into HR Management roles, ultimately leading organizations with workforce in excess of 7,000 employees across the US, Canada and South America. Amber lives in Richmond, Texas, along with her Fiancé and 2 dogs.
Justin Coggins
Regional Manager, West Coast
Justin Coggins has been a dynamic part of AccuFleet since 2015, serving as the West Coast Regional Manager. With a keen eye for operational efficiency and a commitment to excellence, Justin oversees all regional operations, ensuring that AccuFleet's high standards are consistently met across the West Coast.
